You need a few things:

1) A blank CD
2) A CD burner in your computer
3) CD Burning software such as Nero or Roxio

Then you just store the files on your computer's hard drive, run the burning software, and follow the prompts to move the file from your hard drive to the CD.

Good luck.

usually, computers have cd burning software on it, like Windows editions. But if you need a specific software if you don't have a burner, you can go to tech stores such as Bestbuy or Circuit City and buy software CD roms such as Nero. Nero offers two types, one is around 30 bucks and is the normal version or the 100 buck one which is a more professional type and offers a lot more options such as locking the cd up (so you can't ever edit it again) and much more. Another option is Roxio, which also is a good software. I use both, but i used Nero for pictures and documents with writing and powerpoints and stuff, and Roxio for more of media stuff, like long movies, pictures, and small games, etc. Hope this helps!

Eileen, usually when you download from any site, you are asked if you want to open it or save it. Choose save and select the place you want to save it; where in your case would your CD drive where you have the CD inserted.

Hope this helps.
