You have to sign up for cable internet access from Roadrunner in Tampa Bay

That's a proprietary domain owned by RoadRunner's Tampa area. Get them to provide your Internet Service and they should be able to assign an email to you.

that is for Tampa Bay's Road Runner Internet Access. Sign up for that, and you are good to go.
