the 69 judge is the rarest one of all,because they didn't make that many of them ,and the tri -power ones were really rare,only around 1000 of those produced ,but id say right now that's the most wanted one on the market,,good luck ,hope this help,s.,,have a good x-mas.

If you are talking the pontiac version, the title of rarest would have to be the 1972, equipped with a 455HO and a manual transmission. Total production, 3.

Ferrari or Pontiac? Any Ferrari bearing the GTO badge is a very rare (and valuable) car. Not really knowledgable enough to answer on the Pontiac side of things.

71 convert judge, 74 is pretty rare to but not all that desirable. i still like em. 67 400 HO kinda rare. Any Royal Bobcat GTO is rare. ram air iv cars are pretty rare too.
