You attach the phone to the PC with the supplied USB cable. You need to have Activesync installed (it came on a CD with the phone). Then click on "explore" and the file systems of the Blackjack will appear. You can simply move photos to your system (or to the phone for that matter) by cut/paste etc just like in regular Windows Explorer.

normally there is a special cord that you have to buy in order to transfer pictures it is usually a usb cord.

you take the thing that plugs it into the phone and connect it to the computer and do what ever you do with it.
