what happend to judy on family matters? you know... the other sister. after a little while, she just disappeared! where did she go?

i cant believe that they just ended it like that! they should have had some kind of thing to tell what happened to her or something! not just completely take her out of the show all of the sudden!

It was funny, I didn't even notice she was gone until months later. Her character really didn't add anything to the show.

The way Jaimee Foxworth, the girl who played her, explained it, after a season or two, Judy just went upstairs and never came down.
www.imdb.com says that producers just chose not to develop her character.

They wrote her out of the show. Her character didn't have any story lines...she just had a few lines to say and Urkle's character blew up and they went that. They even got rid of Richie's mom, too.
