It is true that our brothers and sisters in the two countries have suffered and are suffering much... but they are not alone in sufferings of the kind... the lebanese, the Ceylon Tamils, the Kashmiris in India, etc etc are also suffering endlessly...
As such if one has to pray for anyone he has to pray for the whole world... because even in countries where such mass afflictions are not there, the sufferings due to crimes, disease and poverty, natural calamities, addictions and depression etc are endlessly tormenting so many lives...
The remedy for the endless evils of the day is LOVE and only God who is embodiment of Love can bless us to turn a new leaf and learn to share love and forgiveness...

I say a prayer every night for them and not just at Christmas time we should say a pray every night for all of them.

Don't just pray for OUR men and women. Pray for the people who cause evil as well so that they can repent and beg god's forgiveness.

when my wife or I say prayer at our meals,we always ask for protection of our forces safe return home,& be with families who lost loved ones over there.. AMEN.

yes, i do....also for the innocents that are products of war..i do not pray for the terrorists however...they seem to be their own gods/....
