No I would try maybe a silver belt or carry a silver bag or a darker or lighter blue belt depending on the colour blue the dress is and what the ocasion is is it a party a dinner date a wedding or what but try to go with more than just blue and red I feel thoses two colours need to be broken up wih a neutral colour hope this helps and you look great.

Depends on the shades and what they all look like really. But if you really feel it could have potential, and you must or you wouldn't even consider it, it COULD work.

You have to have something ON the dress that is the same shade of red to make it work at all. Try a pin, or a flower, or if its for an artsy look.... paint something in the red shade on the dress. Or do a red belt.... but it must be on the dress to wear the shoes and carry the purse.

Noway, I know alot about fashion, the only way you can wear that as a whole outfit is if you have a little bit of red in your dress and belt or a little blue in the red shoes and the purse..... trust me all the boys/men will think you look good.

Well it depends on what kind of material the accompanying belt is made of. If it is of the same fibric then it will be too monotonous. Wear a red or a black belt instead. Or a chain belt dangling at the hips.

You would need a red belt also. So, you could definitely pull this off if your accompanying belt is removeable. If not, choose silver. Unless your accomanying belt has another color on its buckle, like gold, then go for gold. But I always wear silver with blue. The two colors go so well together.

You could pull it off if you have an overly confident personality and a great hairstyle. However, if you are the shy and passive type it will just look like you are having a fashion emergency. And yeah, a red belt would be better than a blue belt.
