I have an mp3 player and im trying to download music onto it but I cant, find the Removable Disk.

If it is a flash player it on the my computer if it is not flash U need to install the CD program that comes along with your MP3 player

if u are using Win xp, then just plug in the music player to the usb port on ur computer and then wait a few moments until its innstalled... you'll see the notifications on the bottom right corner- system tray.... now, go to my computer and there u'll see it....
