ok , what help and support ?? The windows help or another software , If its the windows , press , F1 if that dosent work then it means it did not install or is pre-configure another way . Now try this also , open start and choose run , then type cmd help , this will open a command prompt help file . please let meknow what kind of help file you are looking for Rick!

go to your desktop with everything minimized and push F1 i think this is what you are trying todo. u can also go to your manufacturs website and click on the suport
