How do I recover deleted files from Outlook?

If you had deleted them after you got them on your computer, then you can try to run a file recovery program asap. Restoration is a good free one. There are two articles describe different functions in it.

To see the folder you’ll need to be able to view hidden files and folders, which you can do from the Folder Options Control Panel’s View tab.
Once you’ve opened this folder, move the .dbx file back into it. Close and restart Outlook Express and you should now be able to see the contents.
