After clearing Pitfall Valley, obtaining Sky Blue Plains friend area, go and talk to Medicham and Eckans in front of Wishcach Pond.Do a mission. Talk to them again. Do another mission, only Ekans will be there, talk to him. Look on the bullitin boad at the Pelliper Post Office. There will be a mission to rescue Medicham in Wish Cave.
