My fiance's birthday is on January first and I bought him tickets to see his favorite baseball team. However, the game is not until April and I won't have the tickets in hand until March. I need some cute ideas or a good way to tell him his gift without actually having it to give yet!!

See if you can find a fake image of a ticket online and modify it. Indicate on it that this is a preview of your gift.

Build up to the game. Buy little clues until game time. A team hat, jersey of his favorite player, print out a picture of the stadium.
Or, you can just give him a hug and tell him it will be worth the wait.

I recently ordered a gift for my sister, but since it wouldn't be delivered on time for her birthday, I printed a picture of it and sent it to her with her card. I wrote a little note saying words to the effect that something special was going to be delivered to her soon.
Can you cut out an ad about this baseball team and enclose it in his card with hints about a special gift? Of course since he's a guy, he may be thinking of another gift.

Draw replicas of them. On hid b-day get him a cake shaped like a b=ball diamond and put the mock tickets at home plate. He'll have treats all the way around. Have fun.

You must have some kind of voucher, cancelled check, online receipt to show him. Enclose it with some team apparell .
