put a clear protective nail polish coat as the top layer. itll last at least 3 weeks. they do that in all nail salons, and my nail polish never chipped or got scratched off bcuz of it! trust me, it works! :)

first of all, when painting nails, paint the polish on in thin layers. Wait for one layer to dry, than another. It's harder for layers of thin polish to peel off than it is for one huge thick layer to.
Try using nail thinner. Not nail remover, but nail thinner. This makes nail polish last longer.
When your done, paint a clear topcoat on it. This will help protect nails. This also works even if your not wearing nail polish, to protect your nails
