are you speaking of the law that requires passports for the Bahama's?? if so,,, call the American Embassy there, if they have one,,,,,,, or immigration and ask them,,,,,,

You need a passport if you are an American citizen - that starts in January. You will no longer be allowed to travel with just a driver's license or other proof of residence.

If you are not a citizen, you need both a passport and a visa.

you need a passport... if not, got to the american embassy band get one. if you have a drivers liscence, try that. dunno if you can get in.
