from IE7, click on tools, internet options, delete and then delete all. this will clear all information that you have entered in any forms, clear any passwords that you have entered at various websites, erase your history of websites visited, delete any temporary files that downloaded while you were browsing and delete all cookies. You should do this at least once a week get rid of old stuff and it will help your computer run better.

Glockgemini's got the right answer. You can also download the free easycleaner app from www.toniarts.com and it provides a button that will do that. It will also, clean up your registry and provide some other computer housecleaning functions. It is not a internet footprint eraser program. Just some apps to keep your machine running smooth. The IE history erase is one of the utilities.

Delete Files (All offline content)
Delete History.
