What do you think of your boss?? I mean, really...I used to feel intimidated by my boss, and then I felt angry and I didn't wanna feel that way, either. is there anything you would say to him or her?

I am a boss of people and I treat everyone with respect. I have an open door and open phone policy. In fact, I worked the week of Thanksgiving and styed late on Friday so that my team could have off on the holidays. Without my employees I would not be anything. My success relies on them. We are a team and it takes all of us to work. If my staff don't buy into my vision then we will fail, if my staff don't question my vision then we will fail, if my staff just sit there like a rock then I know they just don't care and I have failed them.

P.S. I had a boss once (years ago) that screamed and spit at me in front of other customers. It was on that day that I told myself I would never be that person. Gotta love change!

There isn't enough room in this blog to answer that question. Simply put though I would rather have a cow as a boss. At least it might have some common sense.

I really like my boss. He doesn't beat around the bush and is very helpful in teaching others about what they need to do to become successful and move up.

I actually like my boss,he is a pretty nice guy,but if you are angry with yours then take it up with them.It might help

respect, respect your boss. Appreciate they have giiven you an oportunity to reveal your greatness and move on when you have outgrown them because you will if you are a progressive person.

my boss is super...
she's a great girl with lots of drive & determination..
a really good person with a good heart...
will go out of her way for anybody..
has given 110 % of herself to everybody....
