I have learned a lot - sometimes quite accidentally by stumbling on to some strange site. Can contact companies and organizations that I wouldn't have before. Email allows me contact with my sisters and brother on a more consistent basis.

It has really changed my life. I have met wonderful people on line who have become friends I can turn to when I need to talk.
The most wonderful way it has changed my life is I met my husband here on "answers." Strange to think that by answering one question my life has been changed in such a wonderful way!

i think the internet is great if it is not abused. i have met alot of nice people from all over the world. i love all the information you can get online.
but on the other hand....it has almost cost me my marriage...my husband...perfers to look at porn and swinger sites way to much!and now he says its an addiction and it is affecting our marriage in a bad way...to the point that we cant get passed it....so therefore...it has affected me personally in a bad way!!

it split our family apart when i was 15..my mom left us for some guy she met on line..my little sis knew about it way before anyone and i think it hurts her the most...when it happened i was at work(sonic) and seen my dad pull in with my mom in the van too..i had took her truck to work...she got out and left in her truck..dad didn't come in to say hi..i knew what was going on and cried behind the fountain area..i remember asking dad about three weeks later when she was coming home and he yell that he didnt know and then told us she wasnt...but i look at it that he aint stuck with her crazy as* no more!but shame on her for hurting my little sis...

It makes me spend **** loads more money,because i sit on a night shopping on line,so its made me poorer,cause if it wasn't invented i couldn't have shopped at 11pm at night
