When new, a D600 battery averages about 2 hours> Less if you are doing things that use more power, such as playing a CD. However as the battery ages, its charge will drop. Life expectancy for a D600 battery is about 1 1/2 to 2 years. After that it may only last a few minutes.

My Dell is an Inspiron 9300 and the battery lasts about 3 hours with normal use, sometimes up to 4 hours with minimal use and on battery saver mode. Although when I do a lot of things it lasts about an hour.

So there isn't really a single answer.

About 2 to 2 and 1/2 hours with a 6-cell battery. Of course it could be lower depending on the screen brightness, wifi on/off etc.

depending on what you do with your laptop while it is on battery mode.

If you do something like word proccessing it can sometimes be 5/6 hours, but to play a game which naturally uses up more processing power, it can be dramatically reduced to 30mins/2hours.

It also depends on the quality and age of your battery. Old batteries will discharge faster than that of a new one (normally).

My lattitude battery lasted about 2 hours when it was new. This was several years ago. When it got older, it would hold for less than 1/2 hour.

Too many options to give you a single answer.
With most things set to battery saver mode, you should get at least two hours. With everything cranked to full performance, 60 to 75 minutes.

never buy batteries from ebay. period. They are always either used or old stock, which both will most likely not hold a very good charge.
