I have an IUD. If I'm pregnant and it's in the fallopian tubes will it show up on a pregnancy test?

Yes but are you aware that IUD are the safest birth control out there at preventing pregnancies even more effective than tubal ligation. And Mirena prevents both uterin and ectopic pregnancies

Yes it will because the pregnancy test detects the hormones in your blood stream which will be present if your pregnant no matter if its an ectopic or not.

yes even an ectopic PG causes your body to creat HCG wich is secreted through urine. Test as soon as possible as an ectopic is life threaning if not treated
