Does anyone know how the WiFi in Corpus Christi works?

I get close to 100% under strength, so what may be the problem?

You have to have access to a wifi router ($40) or access point. If you go to the Internet Settings and do a scan and you find nothing or nothing about 80% then you are probably out of luck. Try going near a high school, college, starbuck, McDonalds, bookstore or Library. Some may not be free.
