Contrary to popular media belief, there realy isn't a deficit, what the mainstream libral media doesn't want you to know is that there is still a $400,000,000.00 surplus. However, because of the tax cuts, the war, and home land security measures, those funds have been put under lock and key. Therefore being made unavailable for appropriation for libral burocratic programs. this is why all the screaming about a deficit, but trust me the surplus is still in place. Wether congress will raise Taxes again remains to be seen. We'll see in the new year. I predict 46%. seeing they want to gain back what they lost, and then some.
