My PC connects wirelessly to my roommates router. I surf the web daily with no problem. But I can't play Medal of Honor via the web with others. I use my IP address and still nothing.

Are you sure your version is up to date?
If not get the latest patches for it. (filecloud link)
Is there a firewall on your computer that may be blocking?
Allow game to access internet.
Are the ports on the router open?

12203-12218,12300,23000-23009

you might have the wrong patch for the game
go to the website for MoH and downlaod a patch
then try again
mayb your filters arent working for the MP servers change those too
