Can any Yale student tell me what made them fall in love with the school?

I'm on my last part of my application: What in particular about Yale has influenced your decision to apply? I've written all the other 500 word personal statements, and I think they are original and entertaining. But this 50 words or less essay is giving me trouble. I don't want another mundane answer like , "Yale has a world renowned reputation..." Yadda yadda yadda... I want a heart felt answer that doesn't sound like I'm just another kiss-***... so can any Yale student give me any personal opinions on the school? Maybe that can inspire me to see Yale just beyond the obvious

Oh FYI.... I think im leaning towards Clinical Psychology.... I know Yale as internships at various hospitals in CT... has anyone participated in that?

I really can't tell you why YOU want to go to Yale, but as someone who visits Yale every couple of years, I am struck by the resources available there. For instance, they have a collection of British art that is among the best in the country

Across the streert from that is the Yale Art Gallery

A few blocks away is the Beinecke Rare Books Library

where there is an amazing collection that includes (on permanent display) a Gutenberg Bible and "Birds of America" by James Audubon.

Another resource (which I have not visited) is the Peabody Museum of Natural History.

Of course, there is the Yale tradition, including the fact that the last 3 U.S. presidents have degrees from this institution. There is an atmosphere of intellectual excellence that pervades the campus.
