The story is about a guy waking up in an alternate world with wizards and ork type characters. He is wearing a white gold wedding ring that is all powerful in this world. It's kind of a cross between lord of the rings and narnia. The bad guys are trying to get the ring and he doesn't know what's going on, at times of peril the ring activates anfd gets him out of trouble. I'd like to find this series for my daughter, she just read Tolkiens books and is looking for another series along those lines. Any help would be appreciated, I know the description is vague but I'll take what I can get. Thanks
