It gets down to finding your X factor that links your body and mind. By understanding the importance of your mind, the power of your mind, you can reach anything. Reading, meditation are great ways.

Repeating behaviors (trial and error, cause and effect) is one way. Reading is another. Listening to others and talking about topics is another. Personal reflection is a major one. Exploring thoughts and learning about new cultures is a great one.
