I’m going to avoid the obvious answer (that you humans will all long since have rotted away by then) and give you a serious answer.
Nicole has it partially correct, but she seems to be misunderstanding something, it is not that sexual differences will disappear, but the RACIAL differences will disappear. Human beings are already travelling around enough that they get mail order brides from other countries, and people from completely different cultures meet, marry and have children. It used to be that, unless there was some catastrophic event (tsunami, war, forest fire) you lived in one small area all your lives, and did not travel around much. Then, people made much of the supposed ‘differences’ of the Bushman and the Hottentot. But in a million years, there will be no more racism, because there will be no more separate races! Humans will all be a blend of Caucasian, *****, Oriental, Amerind and Australian Aborigine. Everything else is just nationalities, but I suspect that nationalities will also disappear.
There will be many more significant changes, but they will not be natural changes. They will be the result of body modifications. People of that era will be able to add or subtract limbs, sensory organs and other body parts for style or fashion as humans of today get tattoos and piercings.

I have read that the human beings' next evolution will be that we will all lose our pinky toes, as they are pretty much worthless. In a million years? Who knows, we will have probably evolved in some way to react to the warming conditions on Earth.

I read somewhere that eventually all human beings will look exactly the same. I'm not sure this is true though, because men and women have different body parts. Unless we all start devoloping both men and women body parts. I don't think that would happen though.
