"Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it" (Genesis 1:28).
"And he brought him forth abroad, and said, Look now toward heaven, and tell the stars, if thou be able to number them: and he said unto him, So shall thy seed be" (Genesis 15:5)
"That in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies" (Genesis 22:17)
Like many religions and traditions (Christianity and Islam are just a few examples), Judaism encourages breeding many children. the Jews you see are most probably religious Jews who observe this way of life, just like observant Catholics and observant Muslims.
Non-religious Jews breed children like any other popularity, and where I live most of the families don't have more than three or four children.
As for Jesus- it is correct that we do not believe in Jesus as a Messiah (or anything else, to be exact) and that we still wait for the Messiah, but it has nothing to do with the fact that observant Jews have more children.

For the record, it is mainly those Jews who are more religious who tend to have more children. This is not a phenomenom for Jews only but can apply to others as well, e.g. Catholics. My boss told me that his father was one of 22 (?) children (and they were Catholic).
Part of it has to do with some restrictions on birth control (that doesn't mean that it is not allowed, but there are various parameters that it would be allowed). Part of it has to do with the Biblical mandate of being "fruitful and multiply".
I can assure you it has nothing to do with Jesus or the Messiah.

They holdfast on the promise of God, that is "you sons will be as numerous as the sand on the beach, and the stars above the sky!!!", this is something written in the book of Genesis.

I don't think that's true. I have a lot of Jewish friends, most of which are the only child, or have only one sibling.
