All babies make straining full noises all the time. Especially while pooping. Or just when theyre laying there.

There little bodies are so tiny, and theres not a lot of room for everything.

Yes. Many infants strain when trying to pass gas or a bowel movement.

So long as your baby had no issues with his heart it should cause no conern.
