My friend Andrew is getting sooooo annoying he follows me around everywhere every day and he'll either tell on u or cry if u tell him ur sick of him!! I AM SO TIRED OF IT!!!!!!!!!! Okay first you need to chill obviously he has a crush on you. You just need to tell him straight up that you two need to meet some new friends and to find another really great guy friend. This should help and if it doesn't tell him you are really mad at him and just ignore him for a few days things should lighten up. Good Luck.

Let the kid down easily, or avoid him by telling him you're going to do something else. Oh yes, be careful on the internet, kid. 8 1/2 on here isn't that safe.

You're only 8, it's not a big deal. If you tell him he's bothering you, and leave it at that, don't worry about what happens next.
Believe me, when you get older, you'll have bigger messes than this.

Dont tell him your sick of him. Tell him he is harrassing you and that it is agaisnt the law. Then if he doesnt leave you alone talk to a teacher or counselor at school (I assume this is at school). If its not at school then call his mother and ask her if she will tell him to leave you alone. Tell your own parents this is going on too.
