I go to Marshall and I've lived here my entire life.. they started the "we are" in the 80s.. when did Penn start it?

Guys ... this is a true story. It is agruably the biggest tragedy in sports history. 75 people died in a plane crash. 3 non-freshmen members of the team were left.
I saw it last night because I am a sports history fanatic. My husband grew up in Ohio outside of West Virginia and remembers when it happened.
The movie was very, very well made. It was directed by McG - the guy who directed the Charlie's Angels movies (I think). The crash scene was handled beautifully. It was an incredibily beautifully filmed movie and it was surprisingly restrained...I mean it was a tear jerker, no doubt about it, but it didn't play it over the top, which I appreciated.
Matthew McConoughay (sp?) was good, but Matthew Fox was better.
It was a heck of a good movie. I'll definitely buy it when it comes out on DVD.
Anyone who sees it and can only think of We Are Penn State and misses the tragedy and the ressurection is very short sighted.

this will probably be a good movie that absolutely no one will go and see and will not be talked about anywhere but in commercials

it will suck cause they stole the WE ARE from penn state....it will always be WE ARE PENN STATE
