I have been told there is a facility, in which I will be informed, when an email which I have sent, is opened. Too many times I have sent emails to clients, etc, only to be told " I did not receive it" when I know they have. I have searched all over for this, but cannot find it anywhere. Anyone got an idea?

Email Receipt

MSGTAG sends you instant email notifications when your messages are received, click the email receipt link to be taken to our main website.

When your email is viewed at its destination, MSGTAG lets you know. You receive an email from MSGTAG telling you that your message has been viewed. The notification also details when the message was sent, when it was viewed, and what the delay has been in between.

I use Outlook to send e-mails. When I am sending an e-mail, I can click on the tools tab and click read receipt. When the recipient opens the e-mail it will generate a response.
