I am a person from middle class family and sometime I wish I was rich. But then I wonder do I really want to be rich. I mean I am a straight A student and want to be well settled one day but I keep thinking that what does it feel like to be rich. (rich as in with so much money that you can throw $10,000 away and not make a much difference in your bank account). Although I doubt I would find someone so rich to answer my question on here.....

Upper-class wealth allows one to be comfortable. But happiness cannot be bought. You can be happy and poor( which I once was), and you can be content and wealthy ( as I am now. ). A $500,000 Lamborghini does not bring happiness. Neither does a $20,000 Vacheron-Constantin. Concentrate on having what you need, rather than what you want. Have a good spouse. Enjoy your children. Serve your community. That is where you will find happiness. In the end of your years, it is the number of people who are around you and love you that counts, not the size of your investments.
Keep this in mind: you cannot take your money with you. But you can leave the world with good memories of you.

Sweetie I am not rich, but my son is,and on top of being rich he won a million dollars playing a 20.00 scatch off, which he did not need....Let me tell you about him,he is the most miserable person I know.....He has a wife, and neither one of them has any respect for each other...He has 2 daughters (my granddaughters) they both are on drugs, one has 2 babies and working on another one,the other daughter has had several abortons...every time those kids mess up ,they pay their way out of it.My son is an alcoholic..They all have cars a beautiful home, and he has one son that hates him and another that thinks he is a sorry father..all togeather they have 4 kids....now his daughter with the 2 children and fixing to have another one,my son and his wife are always stuck with the 2 grandbabies, they are having to raise them and they are always complaining because they can,t live their own life..They are always thinking about money, they spend it like water, but they still want more..That is the most horrible family conditions you can imagine, they are always cussing at each other ,just a disfunctional family...my husband and I live near by,and we are on social security,we have anything we need we are happy,we don,t fight,we have all our needs met,we might have to save to buy certain things but we are happy...Yes I do love my son and his entire family ,but I have seen what the love of money and that high living can do to a family...this is not the only rich people in my family, the others may not be as disfunctional as my sons but they are always thinking about that almighty dollar...So you see Money don,t buy happiness.my little daughter in law buys anything she wants but can,t buy the love of any of her family and she is depressed, and I feel so bad for them because I love them.....

Yeah, like a rich person will waste their time on this.

Why not just ask what it's like to be smart?
