No, they are not made out of soy. They are made of a "proprietary closed cell resin." In fact, looking at their website, they answer this question.

Crocs are made of PCCR(Patented Closed Cell Resin ), its a material that helps eliminate odour and can cut back on sweating too. I don't know if its edible but I wouldn't suggest that anyone try it.

no that is not true. they are made out of artifically made crock skins. you dont want to eat them cus they contain a chemical on them that can actually make you sick.
