sweetvale is right..nipples are never part of a breast exam.. none of my breast exams ever took longer than 3 minutes total and a nurse is always in the room.. He fondled you.. Molestation involves sex but fondling doesn't...Definately report him. ASAP..

I believe that when a doctor does a procedure that they require a nurse in the room while doing it. For a breast exam the doctor should go around each breast twice first starting at the nipple area then going around until the reach the outer area. I don't believe that when I have my breast examined that a doctor touches my nipples. At the most it should take about 2 minutes perhaps 3 depending on speed. I believe that if there was no nurse, and the doctor did not do this in 3 minutes that you should report him. Doesn't sound right to me in that case. Good Luck.

Call and ask on how long it's supposed to be. Hang up and think about what was just said to you and how those checks are supposed to be done. I'd say tomorrow or the day after you call, call and make a complaint. This issue may even have to go to court!

He wouldn't have taken a long time! It is simply supposed to be a fast squeeze or two and then you are done. Contact the doctor's office and pretend to be someone else, and ask about boob checks!

The only reason to touch the nipples is if there is some kind of discharge. If there was no nurse in the room, I think you should report him.

It's the law that a nurse or assistant is in the room during examinations. What did she see?
