I've been working out consistantly for 5 years, just today... and at times I been disappointed with my progress, but know in time that it will all pay off... however i am really lacking in my chest area... I change it up pretty much every week Flat Bench, Incline Bench, decline dumbells, and then throw in something with the cable from the bottom, next week would be incline dumbbells, flat dumbbells, decline bar, and vary the last two.. my point being I am pretty good about what I do.. However I notice people in the gym with chests double my size, with like half the time invested.. What gives... only recently did I start with cell-tech and pump tech, but I don't wanna continue using this junk... any pointers would be great.. Thanks and happy holidays.

Just keep doing bench press, butterflys and push ups.

Focus mainly on bench pressing, it works out your bicepts and your chest, which all men want to see progress in.

Eat lots of protein and don't be a little girl when lifting weights, no pain no gain! :)

Buy yourself a bullworker. It's excellent at building chest muscle. It will be one of the best things you've ever bought. That's what I think of mine.
