It seems unlikey that the wii will drop so soon being that is it already the clear cut most inexpensive system, but at the same time, it is also the only system that is acually generation profit on a system by system basis, the PS3 and XBOX360 are both costing more to manufacture than to sell. and btw, if anyone wants to try this, "http://gaming.free4me.net/?r=29874" is a site were you can earn a free Wii, but becarefull, would ya? those sites are tricky, and you should read ALL the fine print. I'm trying it out as an experiment, so I make no gaurantees.

The wii's ( as well as every other video game console's) price will inevitably drop after a while. and there is talk of new colors for the wii after the first of the year.
As a matter of fact theyre even talking of making a wii that plays DVD's, but it'll only be in Japan.
