I just bought a refurbished cellphone does it look the same are they scratched do they have a defect why are they refurbs what exactly is a refurb will it still look brandnew when i recieve it i ordered online.

a refurbished product is one that has been used and the company makes sure it works, replaces any parts that are bad, cleans it up, slaps on a warranty and resells it for less then new. depending on the product, it will be just as good as a new one

dont get your hopes up on the phone working forever, i have gone through 6 refurbished cell phones in the past 7 months, and have not dropped it once! the company suposedly makes it just like new. My advice is if you have a warranty, call a few weeks before the warranty is up, and complain of a problem, so they will send you a new one! Thats what i did!!! Good luck to you.
