No, it wouldn't happen automatically. Minimum wage law doesn't have anything to do with child support. But if the father is going to make more money, you could request an increase in support through the court, and might get it.

Child support is a fixed amount subject to modification because of several factors.
One of these factors is income, so it is conceivable that the child support _could_ go up. On the other hand, if the increase is relatively minor, (say, from $6 to $6.25), it may not warrant an increase.
Several states this election cycle not only increased their minimum wage, but tied it to inflation, so my suspicion is that many of these cases where it was based upon the minimum wager will be taken back to court for an increase.
Now the question is, how did they calculate the original child support order. If they imputed him an income of minimum wage and that went up, you may be entitled to an increase (keep in mind, however, this does not happen EVERY time you get it; modifications are limited to once every three or four years or due to an increase of income).

somewhat then tell me why the final time it became raised the places the place i had diner grew to enhance into decrease than staffed they weren't that way earlier than that. Now this is actual there are so plenty extra jobs so possibly they moved directly to a minimum of a few thing else, yet i've got faith your very incorrect. I somewhat have a much extra suitable theory why do no longer you initiate a company and you would be able to pay any quantity you % and shall we flow away something of he company to do the comparable without government interference.

No. What you receive from your ex in terms of child support is determined by the courts. If you want to demand more money, you'd have to do so through a formal request via the courts.
