well i have 1 computer that has comcast and one thats new and is in my room and has a comcast linksys wireless-B usb network adaptor and i have no idea to make it work like right from the beginning ill appreciate it if u help me

The easiest way is to get an 802.11 b/g wireless router and connect it to your cable/dsl modem. The comcast linksys wireless-B usb network adapter plugs into your pc. The router will connect your pc to the modem. The following link may help explain:

You'll need to plug the right cable from the wall to the router. Then you need to run a cable to a PC. On this PC you will need to configure the router...look at the instructions, and type in the URL on any browser. You won't be getting into the internet doing this, the specific URL only gets you into the wireless router configuration. The rest is just common/PC sense. Read the instructions or download them free from the manufacturer's website.....then READ IT.

I can just advice you to read the manual included with the product. Or check the compatibility specs of the product.
