the lawyer handled the estate. I recieved my share half his house. Now the Accountant wants it all (my half of the Estate) for his service, which I did not hire. My mother is still alive and still was married to him. It cost me $10,000 just for my Lawyer which I paid for. and his Girl friends Lawer was paid out of my fathers Estate. They stole all his money and his car. I Have no proof. What do I do??? I can't afford to hire another lawyer now that hes sueing her lawyer, and may want to recover his costs. HELP

lawyers can be evil and generally ruin lives, but you'll need one
unfortunatly to make him go away...he's preying on you in your
time of grief when your weak...not uncommon...

If you did not hire the accountant you are not obliged to pay him. He has no claim on your half of the property unless mentioned in a will or coticil.
