Help!!!!!!?

I have a psp version 1.5 and i want to put games in for the psp on the memory stick and games for other systems. But i dont know how to put the psp games on it. i also wanted to put a devhook to play games that are version 1.5 or higher but stay on 1.5 but i dont know how to
