count movements, it depends on what time of day that you'll feel the most. I would get a lot after meals, but not that much if I was walking since it's kind of like rocking a baby to sleep. If you don't feel anything for awhile, drink some juice or something sugary to perk the baby up.

It can be movements. I have a fetal movement counter, it's all types. Kicks, punches, turning upside down, every movement the baby makes. And it's 10 kicks /2 hours. You record how long it takes for the baby to move ten times. If it's less than 10 movements in 2 hours then you should call your doctor or labor and delivery line!

i'm presently 26 weeks and my healthcare expert has no longer reported doing kick counts in any respect to me. He somewhat informed me that if i spotted no stream for a pair days, then to call them to determine each thing is okay. yet my toddler is so energetic, I not often bypass a pair hours with out feeling her pass no longer to point a pair days. I dont think of it somewhat is somewhat had to "count form" the kicks, in basic terms as long as you sense your toddler pass on a conventional foundation. Congrats~
