i would wear a sweater with that. Like a red or maroon one?
Thats sounds like it would be very cute and layer it.
like make sure the gray tank is longer than the sweater.

I wouldn't wear anything over it. You are obviously not self concious or you wouldn't have bought a spaghetti strap in the first place. If you are concerned with propriety, then if the shirt isn't skin tight, I would put a black spandex(or other tight fitting material) underneath. The 80's look is back in. I would top it off with a pair of gouchos and a super long necklace with boots or a funky pair of heels.

A black or a white button up sweater/shrug, but leave some or all of the buttons undone so you can still see the shirt.
