I have a green ipod nano that I got from Target that is registerd.
But I have Another Ipod nano I got form A friend who used it how do I register it (It doesnt have any songs on it I deleted them all)

it was normaly on someone elses computer so i cant just plug it in

Just plug it in like your other Ipod the computer will recognize it as a different Ipod. My fiance and i have our own Ipods and the computer recognizes each one like its own.

just plug it in! We have 3 iPods at our house and can use all of them inter-changeably. Plug one in at a time and iTunes will find which ever one is connected.
