you ever hear the phrase "you get what you pay for"?
Any site that you'll find for free is gonna be crap. Go to Staples or Office Depot and buy some software, its cheap, you should be able to get some good stuff for $15-$20.

I really don't think so. There are many programs that allow you to, but cost money. My suggestion is to just use scraps and decorate it. Like a scrapbook. You can learn on YouTube videos, I believe. Or just draw them. I think you can do it on Microsoft Word and Paint, but I think it's kinda hard. If you want to do it on the computer, I suggest Microsoft Word, cause there's ClipArt and all.
