I am currently using a regular comforter. However, I many times get up in the middle of the night either sweating or freezing. I want to get a comforter that keeps me at the right temperature no matter how hot or cold the weather is. What kind of comforter do you guys recommend to solve my problem? Maybe a down comforter ?

I breathe and insulate pretty good. And I can comfort when necessary

A goose down comforter does what you describe. Make sure the label says "goose" otherwise they sneak in chicken down which can aggravate allergies and starts to stink after a couple of years. But be prepared to pay a pretty penny. Merry Christmas!

You need a down comforter. They sell them at sears, pennys, QVC, and there is a company called Domestications that sells them pretty cheap. Go on line and order the catalog. Good luck.
