their isn't a control pro game to limit the time from the computer but their is one parental control program that limits the time from the Internet.
Verizon Internet Security Suite.
It is not free but 5 bucks a month with an anti-virus, firewall and computer clean up

yes there is a program called chico 2006
you can control a lot of things such as timing and limiting what they do in the computer
its small in size (less than 5 mb)
i cant remember where i downloaded it (may be from download.com)
