Can leaves fade their color?
does it make sence if it doesnt how can i change it

The first definition of "fade" on the source page is "to lose brightness or vividness of color," which makes the "their color" on the end redundant.

You might try it without the ending, or:
"Can leaves lose their color?
"Can leaves fade and lose their color?"
"Can the color of leaves fade?"

Or try a different synonym for "fade;" it all depends on what you want to emphasize. :)

You mean does it make "sense", right?

I'm not quite clear on what you mean by "fade their color".
