I've always wondered this, but it makes no sense to me. I guess it's a guy thing.
Why do some men after they're drunk forcefully vomit/purge up their booze?
(Why do some men stick their fingers down their throat, and vomit up their booze?)

Because there is not enough food in the stomach to soak up the alcohol content which then in turn irritates the lining of the stomach and causes the stomach to produce excess stomach acid and bile which then makes you nauseated and want to throw up. The body can only take so much alcohol to be processed by your liver to be rid of through urinating. But sometimes you throw up in your sleep it burns your throat up to your nostrils and it is not a good feeling or after taste. Sometimes you can drown in your own vomit while asleep and die. So the easiest way is to force yourself to regurgitate as much as you can and prevent the following above and try to eat a little something to sooth your stomach. Milk is also good to settle your stomach. Lots of remedies out there and it works for different people. Try not to drink on an empty stomach and snack on something BEFORE you go out partying. Excessive drinking may lead to some serious health related life long problems. Drink responsibly and in moderation.

Men (and women sometimes) purge themselves from alcohol because it is a POISON. Purging is recommended for various poisons and not for others. If you are curious about poisons and their effect on the body... You will probably find a telephone number for and emergency hotline in your area on the back of any given chemical product in your household. It may even say "if swallowed. induce vommiting"

They're sick to their stomach but not ready to vomit yet. So they just wanna get it out of the way I guess. That and it can save on the hangover the next day since the body doesn't absorb all that alchohol.
Oh and they're sissy boys who don't know how to hold their #!@% liquer.

I was not aware that only men did this. Throwing up booze, gets it out of your stomach, can sober up a little quicker. It could also be that they are sick to them stomach and want a little relief.

Because after you throw up you can start drinking and partying again. If it bothers you, stop picking up drunks in bars.

And so do women. I know that they do it because they've told me. We do it when our bodies tell us to get rid of the alcoholic drink in our stomachs because we can't take anymore.

makes you more of what you already are"
i suspect they vomit their boose to divert the bodys absorbtion of alcohol so they can drink more.
makes about as much sense as screen doors on submarines
