They run around and climb up walls and jump around, go up stairs without actually toucing the staircase, jump off and start to run again, and stuff on public streets/parks/downtown area...

In england and the UK its called parkour, I don't know about the spelling. No idea what it is called here in the US, i think i recall it being called free running or something, not sure. But go with parkour.

It is called Parkour from France where it originated, called free running in North America. The BBC did an amazing special on it called Jump London.
